dotMailer has been designed with easy to use high level functionality, however sometimes we understand that there will be times when you need a bit more support or even a lot more support.
dotMailer has the people there to support you in our Technical Support Team, our Account Managers and our Consultancy and Managed Services Team.
Technical Support Team
We have a dedicated Support Team, broken down into front line and back line, where issues are escalated depending on technical nature of the query.
The Support Team have a dedicated support 'hot' line and are available from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Account Management
Occasionally questions arise that are not really support issues but take the form of "I wonder how to...". In these instances your dedicated account manager is just a phone call away.
Your account manager will help you get your account up and running and really understand your business so you can get the best out of dotMailer. When these questions get a bit more detailed or complex, or you need a little more intensive help, our training department will get you up to speed quickly.
Consultancy & Managed Services
Sometimes we know its really very hard to keep up with the growing number of campaigns, their complexity and their frequency. We also know that email just does not stop because of seasonal peaks, holidays etc. That's where our Managed Services can come in.
Our Managed Services team are experienced email marketers who will work with you to make sure your campaign goes out to the right people and on time. We manage the whole process from receiving your brief, segmenting your data, creating and testing your campaign, to presenting the results.
We don't just stop their however.
We have a team of email strategists who not only are experts in email campaigns and best practice but also know their digital stuff inside out.
With a combined experience of over a century in online and digital marketing, our Consultancy Team, headed by industry guru, Skip Fidura, have put together a number of workshops and programs that will improve your email strategy. The Consultancy Team also work with our clients and their campaigns and strategies a regular or ad hoc basis.
