Q: Can other people use my login details?
A: To keep your account safe you shouldn't share your login with anyone, this will also keep you in control if anyone makes any mistakes. With all of our paid accounts you can get more than one login. Check the Package Elements to find out how many you're entitled to, or speak to your Account Manager directly.
Q: The main account holder has left the company, how do I change our details?
A: No problem at all, simply contact our support team on 0845 337 9171 and we will get you updated.
Q: dotMailer is a web-based system, why do I need to verify every time I access it from a different location?
A: At dotMailer your data and security is high on our agenda. Whenever you access dotMailer from an different location we want to be sure it's you, so we hope you agree a quick double check via your email is well worth it.
Q: I haven't received my verification email
A: As mentioned above you should double check your 'junk' folder.
Q: How does dotMailer keep my login details safe?
A: With some cleaver behind the scenes work, we make sure browsers are not able to remember any passwords, keeping your details safe and sound.
