dotMailer launches Direct Debit scheme

Make bill payment easier - Sign up for Direct Debit

From 1st August, dotMailer is authorised to collect monthly payments by Direct Debit.

The process could not be easier...

Simply download the Direct Debit application form, complete your bank details, sign the form* and either return it by fax (0208 239 1147) or post it to:

*Please remember that the form must be signed in accordance with your company's normal bank mandate, so you may require two signatures.

Once we have received your completed form, we will set you up for payment by Direct Debit. You will receive an invoice as normal on the last day of the month, but you don't need to worry about posting a cheque; we will deduct the amount owing on the 16th of the following month. Your bank statements will show the monthly payment to 'Ellipsis Media Ltd'.

Please note - when setting up Direct Debit for the first time, please allow time for processing. We need to have received your completed form by the 21st of the month, if you want to pay for that month's invoice by Direct Debit.

You are of course fully protected by the normal Direct Debit guarantee - If an error is made by dotMailer or your bank, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch and you can cancel a Direct Debit at any time.
