New feature: Reports by Email!

You can now get your reports emailed directly to you… completely free of charge! It's ideal if, for instance, you're on the move and need regular summaries. Of course the reports can be sent to any email address, so you might also want to copy in colleagues or clients to keep them posted on the success of a campaign without having to log in to dotMailer.

In the 'Campaign Manager', go to the 'Campaign Properties' of your sent campaigns. There you're given the option to 'Email Report' - Click 'Edit Schedule' to select the date, time and frequency of the emails.

There are five email address fields that you may use; you can select whether you wish the reports to be sent daily or weekly, at what time and for a specified duration.

To clear any schedule that you have selected, tick the 'Clear Schedule' box and then 'Save'.
