dotMailer is a market leading ESP (email service provider) boasting clients such as Fairtrade, Hays, The Eden Project, Microsoft, Sophos, Redrow House Builders and Storm Watches. Formed in 1999, dotMailer has grown from strength to strength and we are very proud of our global client base.

The role

Due to continued expansion we have created a new position for a Pre-Sales Advisor. The role is telephone based in our prestigious offices 2 minutes from East Croydon train station.

The main duties will be handling incoming sales enquiries and pre qualifying leads  before passing these on to the relevant consultant to follow up. There will also be various light admin tasks to complete, making your day enjoyable and varied.

For the right candidate there is a progressive career path, developing your sales skills with the potential for joining our team of email marketing consultants.

To be successful you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be confident on the phone. You will be our prospects' first contact within dotMailer, providing reassurance that for a web-based company, we are unusually hot on professional, person-to-person customer contact.

Starting salary up to  £18,000 OTE
